Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Faculty №1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Yulia Zahumenna became the winner of the All-Ukrainian competition "Young Lawyer of the Year 2020".
Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs were among the winners and laureates of the district stage of the city competition "Young Man of the Year-2021".
Nataliia Shyshka, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law, Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held an open lecture for cadets of the study group F4-19-201 on the discipline "Civil Law and Procedure" on "General Provisions on Obligations".
Cadets of the third course of Faculty № 2 of KhNUIA within the cultural and educational hour visited the city garden named after T.G. Shevchenko, which is one of the favorite places of relaxation of Kharkiv residents and guests of the city.
Solemn events were held on the occasion of the graduation of students of the Lyceum "Law enforcement officer". The festivities traditionally began with the laying of flowers at the monument to the fallen law enforcement officers. Together with the lyceum students, all those present observed a moment of silence for those who laid down their lives in the line of duty.
Yelyzaveta Shevtsova, a first-year cadet of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, celebrated her 18th birthday in a special way. She became a donor, together with her friends taking part in the regional project "Voice of Blood: we are Ukrainians!", Which was dedicated to World Donor Day and was held at the Youth Center "Romance".
June 11, 2021, marks exactly 100 years since the day when training for the police began in Kharkiv. It is known that the beginning of the training of Ukrainian law enforcement officers in our place dates back to November 30, 1917, but the coming to power of the Bolsheviks with the end of the Ukrainian Revolution and the Civil War significantly changed the political situation in the republic. However, the new government also needed law enforcement personnel to protect public order.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted a competition among cadets and students for the title of "Best Law Enforcement Officer". They were attended by the national teams of the faculties No. 1-4 and the Institute of Postgraduate Education. According to the results of the competition, the winner was the faculty No. 3.
Within the discipline "Conflictology" for cadets of the 2nd year of group 101 of Sumy branch a binary lesson was held with the participation of a practical psychologist of MI "Center of combatants", consultant of the SETA program Inna Shkafenko.
Participant of the School of Scientific Leadership 1st year cadet of the Faculty №1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Diana Shpak took part in the competition of projects about Lesya Ukrainka, presenting her own page on the social network Facebook, dedicated to the outstanding Ukrainian writer, her life history, work, passion for foreign languages and love.
