A round table dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy was held in the Scientific Library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Academician Oleksandr Bandurka and Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Faculty №1 KhNUIA Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Ihor Lohvinenko presented a textbook “History of State and Law”, prepared for the 30th anniversary of Independence of Ukraine edited by Oleksandr Bandurka.
The monograph “Departmental rule-making in Ukraine: the experience of comprehensive analysis”, devoted to the analysis of the phenomenology of departmental rule-making and identification of its specific features, was presented by Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Faculty №1 Yuliia Zahumenna and Associate Professor Victor Lazariev.
