25 years ago, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, expressing the sovereign will of the citizens of the state, adopted the Constitution of Ukraine. The adoption of the Basic Law consolidated the legal basis of independent Ukraine, its sovereignty and territorial integrity, became an important step in ensuring human and civil rights, and further enhanced the country's international prestige. On the occasion of the anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted ceremonial events, which were opened by the Rector of the University, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko.

In Albena, Bulgaria, the International Art Festival-Contest "Sunny Smile Bulgaria" was held by the "Favorite Fest" cultural and educational centre. The festival was attended by more than 350 representatives from different countries in different genres and age groups.
