
A meeting was held between the curator, Professor of the Department of Civil and Legal Disciplines, Konstiantyn MELNYK, and the curatorial group of the ERI No. 1. During the conversation, the curator emphasized that a high level of professional ethics is the basis of citizens' trust in the police.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Yuliia INSHEKOVA, together with the investigator of the Investigative Department of the Police No. 1 of Okhtyrka DPDepartment of the MDNP in Sumy region,Anna KUDRIA, conducted a lesson on the discipline "Criminal Legal Qualification" for the cadets of the ERI No. 4.

Congratulating the cadets, Deputy Director Serhiy SEVRIUKOV noted that the results achieved are evidence of their hard work, desire for self-improvement, endurance and worthy representation of the university at the international and all-Ukrainian levels.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held an Open Day for future graduates of schools, lyceums and colleges of Kamianets-Podilskyi. Representatives of the ERI No. 1, No. 4 and No. 5 presented the areas of training, specialties, features of study and cadet and student life.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science of the ERI No. 1, Kateryna PENZIEVA, held an online meeting with graduates of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum No. 5 and introduced them to the specialties in which the university trains specialists for the units of the National Police.

In order to prepare cadets for completing service and combat tasks, a practical lesson in tactical and special training was held. During the lesson, the participants became familiar with the requirements for choosing places for organization of the positions, practiced the procedure for equipping a foxhole and firing positions.

With the assistance of Svitlana KYRYCHENKO, Deputy Director for Educational Work of the MI "Kharkiv Lyceum No. 82" of Kharkiv City Council, Senior Researcher of the National Institute of Internal Affairs on Pre-Trial Investigation Problems of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1, Denys DENYSHCHUK, held a career guidance meeting with students of the final grades.

In the conditions of a full-scale war and new challenges facing law enforcement officers, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs is strengthening the training of future officers in the field of Mine Action.

Alina PIDDUBNA, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation, held an online meeting with graduates of the Turiysk EC “Secondary School I-III Degrees-Gymnasium” of Volyn region . During the meeting, the participants discussed the features of entry into KhNUVIA and the prospects for further employment in geverment agencies of the MIA.

Tetiana SHEVCHUK, Curator, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, as part of the implementation of the annual initiative aimed at improving the digital skills of Ukrainians - "Digital Literacy Month", involved cadets in taking a media literacy course "How to protect yourself from fakes and misinformation."
