At the initiative of the Cadet Council of the ERI No. 1, a meeting of cadets with participant of combatant, a rifleman of the 87th Territorial Defense Battalion of Ukraine, senior soldier Oleh OSTREIKO took place. The event was timed to the Day of Dignity and Freedom.

Associate Professor of the Department Alina PIDDUBNA held an educational hour for cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 dedicated to the Day of Dignity and Freedom. During the meeting, she emphasized the importance of preserving national memory, awareness of the role of each citizen in state building, as well as the significance of the events of the Revolution of Dignity for the formation of modern Ukraine.

Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was represented in the program by: Head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1 Tetiana FOMINA, who participated in the development and implementation of the program and preparation of training modules, as well as Associate Professor of the same Department Valeriia HNATENKO.

Binary lesson on the discipline "Theory of State and Law" for cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 of the specialty "Law" was held classes on the topic "Functions and mechanism of the State" by Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Oksana MELNYCHUK, and managing partner of the Law Group ‘Liga Zakhyst’ Serhii SEMENOV.

Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1, Iryna NECHAIEVA, held a career guidance conversation with future applicants in Ternopil region.

The Commissioner for Anti-Corruption of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs Kateryna UDOD conducted a series of training sessions for cadets of the Institute for Training of Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police on the requirements of anti-corruption legislation and the formation of honest behavior of police officers.

Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Yuliia ZAHUMENNA, as part of her curatorial work, held a lecture-conversation for fourth-year cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1, dedicated to the Day of Dignity and Freedom.

As part of the events dedicated to the Day of Dignity and Freedom, higher education students had the opportunity to meet a man whose creativity, civic position and military path have become an integral part of the modern history of Ukraine. Serhii PANTIUK – a writer and journalist, publisher and military man – visited the university.

Oksana MIROSHNYCHENKO, Leading Researcher of the Research Laboratory for Pre-Trial Investigation of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1, together with Rector's Assistant Viktor SLYSH and Yuliia PALKEVYCH, Leading Specialist of the Department of Organization of Career Guidance, held a career guidance meeting with graduates of lyceums of Vinnytsia region.
