Introducing lyceum students to the profession of investigator

Alina Piddubna, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Process and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, introduced 11th grade students of Lyceum No. 21 in Zhytomyr to the procedure for admission to higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, and to the conditions for training investigators for the pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police in the specialty "Law".

Qualification of criminal offenses against the life and health of a person

On this topic, the investigator of the investigation department of crimes of general criminal nature of the investigative department of Khmelnytskyi district police department of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi region, Oleh Zamryka, and associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1, Yaroslav Lyzohub, conducted a practical session.

Online meeting with students of Dmytro Bakhmatiuk Kaluskyi Lyceum

Professor of the Department of Counteracting Cybercrime of the ERI No. 4 Vasyl Luchyk and a teacher of the same department, a participant in hostilities Vadym Maltsev, together with cadets of the ERI No. 4 and a student of the ERI No. 5, introduced 11th grade lyceum students to the specialties and educational programs of KhNUIA.

Field practical training in the discipline "Pre-trial investigation"

For higher education applicants of the ERI No. 1, the head of the ITT No. 4 of the Main Department of National Police of Khmelnytskyi region, Volodymyr Sokolan, his deputy Yaroslav Bondarchuk, together with the associate professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-trial Investigation Alina Piddubna, conducted a binary training on the territory of the temporary detention center.

4th year cadets of the ERI No. 1 completed a course of primary psychological training

As part of informal (non-formal) education, the cadets learned the skills of providing primary psychological assistance to people who are in a stressful/traumatic situation as a result of a recent or ongoing crisis event. The training course was conducted by representatives of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.

Information and educational event for the Day of Remembrance of Holodomor Victims

The event was held with the support of Oksana Maslianko, Deputy Head for the Use of Documents of the National Archival Fund of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Archive, and the NGO "Lev-Credo". With a minute of silence, higher education students of the ERI No. 1, 4, 5 honored the memory of innocent Ukrainians tortured by hunger.

Environmental Security in Wartime

The 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference was held on this topic, at which Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology Tetiana Shevchuk and 4th year cadet of the ERI No. 1 Yulia Tytarenko presented the abstracts of the report on the topic: "Military aggression of the Russian Federation as a threat to the ecological security of Ukraine."

Senior operational officer of the Department of Criminal Investigation and Missing Persons, polygraph examiner of the Criminal Investigation Department of the MDNP of Chernivtsi Region Ruslana Marchuk, together with Olena Horash, a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1, conducted a binary lesson on the topic "The Subjective Side of a Criminal Offense."
