At Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the winners of the I stages of the XXVI Petro Yatsyk International Competition of Ukrainian Language Experts and the XVI Taras Shevchenko International Language and Literature Competition of Pupils and Student Youth have been determined.

Employees of the operational response group of Kamianets-Podilskyi patrol police battalion Yevhen PAZIUK and Vadym VOZYLA conducted training for future investigators and inquirers. Each movement during the arrest of an offender – with cold or firearms – was demonstrated and explained by patrol officers using real examples.

During the practical lesson, cadets of the ERI №1 worked out the algorithm for the initial examination of the victim, assessment of injuries and actions in case of massive bleeding, as well as the procedure for providing self- and mutual assistance to the wounded in the zone of direct fire of the enemy. In addition, they mastered the techniques of firing during a sudden change in the situation.

Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law, Associate Hrofessor Hennadii HLOBENKO spent a curatorial hour with cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 1 on the topic «Policeman of the future: artificial intelligence, challenges of war and humanity in the form».

In Lutsk, the FCSS «Dynamo» championship of Ukraine in sambo wrestling was held among the national teams of higher education institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the MIA, the National Guard of Ukraine and other central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

A meeting of the ERI №1 cadets with curator Ihor ZOZULIA took place, during which the procedure for holding the winter examination session, the peculiarities of preparation for each academic discipline and the main requirements of the lecturers were discussed. The curator emphasized the need for systematic processing of the material, compliance with the consultation schedule.

In Antalya (Turkey), the World Cup in universal combat – was held, a prestigious international tournament that annually gathers the strongest athletes from different countries. Artem LEVCHENKO, second-year cadet of the Educational and Research Institute No.1, took part in the competition.

With the assistance of Oksana LEBEDYNETS, Deputy Deputy Director for Educational and Instructional Work of MI "Kharkiv Lyceum No. 91 of the Kharkiv City Council", Senior Researcher of the Research Laboratory for Pre-trial Investigation Problems of the ERI №1 Denys DENYSHCHUK held a career orientation meeting with students of the lyceum's graduating classes.

Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Andrii Yashchenko together with Ivan STOROZHUK, Head of the Convoy Service of the Department of Preventive Activities of the MDNP in Kharkiv region, held a binary lesson for third-year cadets of the ERI No. 2.

A regular session of the Scientific Society of Students, Cadets, Listeners, Postgraduates, Adjuncts, Doctoral Students and Young Scientists was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Liudmyla NADOPTA, Head of the Scientific Society, spoke about promising areas of scientific activity of young scientists.
