Oleksii Zaitsev, Head of the Department of Civil, Labour and Commercial Law of the ERI No. 1, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, made a report ‘Amendments to the Procurement Agreement’ during the III All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference ‘State and Legal Principles of Formation of the Security Environment in Ukraine in the Context of Modern Challenges’.

Talented sports youth were invited to study at KhNUIA

Denys Denyshchuk, a researcher at the Research Laboratory for Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, visited the municipal institution ‘Complex Children and Youth Sports School No. 6 of Kharkiv City Council’. He told the young athletes about obtaining a bachelor's and master's degree at the Educational and Research Institute No. 1.

The University held a personal distribution of graduates

Most of the final year cadets of the Educational and Research Institutes №№ 1-4 and Sumy branch of KhNUIA will serve in the frontline and de-occupied territories of Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Dnipro regions, as well as in the units of the National Police of other regions after graduation.

Current research in legal and historical science

Victoria Bila, a 1st year master's student of the ERI №1, took part in the International Scientific Online Conference ‘Topical Issues of Legal and Historical Science’, during which a wide range of scientific research in the fields of law and history was presented, covering topical issues of our time.

KhNUIA team took part in the 1st All-Ukrainian competition “European Human Rights Law – at Home”

The team, which included 3rd and 4th year students of the ERI No. 1 – Olha Melnychuk, Danylo Teslia and Olha Berezhna, under the leadership of the Head of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights Tetiana Hudz and Professor of the Department Andrii Voitsikhovskyi, took part in the 1st All-Ukrainian competition “European Human Rights Law – at Home”.

Students of Slobozhanskyi lyceum were invited to study at the university

During their holiday leave, students of the ERI No. 1 Anton Stelmakh, ERI No. 2 Sofiia Miasoiedova and ERI No. 3 Stanislav Bieilevich met with 11th grade students of Slobozhanskyi Lyceum of Kehychiv Village Council of Krasnohrad District of Kharkiv Region. They told the high school students about the conditions and rules of admission to the police university.

Participation in the webinar on the topic: "Ecocide and war crimes against the environment"

Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights and the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 joined the webinar organized by the Ukrainian Helsinki Union for Human Rights within the framework of the USAID Ukraine Project - USAID Ukraine "Human Rights in Action".

Lecturers of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 and the Department of Civil, Labor and Economic Law of the ERI No. 1 took part in the scientific and practical conference "Problems of improving private law mechanisms for the acquisition, transfer, exercise and protection of subjective civil and family rights in modern conditions."

Online advanced training

Olena Makarova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminology and Forensic Expertise of the ERI No. 1, completed an international internship at the 5th Anniversary International School of World Educational Practices "New Way" in the field of "Nonviolent Communication. The Language of Life", which is traditionally co-organized by the Netherlands Business Academy.

On this topic, on the Day of Honoring Participants in the Elimination of the Consequences of Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant Accident, the curators of educational work of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held thematic informational and educational conversations with cadets of Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-4.
