
The scientific circle "Actual Problems of Civil Law and Procedure" of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 continues to work on the analysis of the provisions of the updated Civil Code of Ukraine.

Curators of the Department of the Legal Clinic of the ERI No. 5 held a meeting with students of the barrier-free driving school of KhNUIA in Kamianets-Podilskyi. Among those who study here are combatants and war veterans who, despite all the difficulties, are rebuilding their lives after being wounded.

During the week, employees of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI No. 5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a series of career guidance Zoom meetings with students and teachers of Kharkiv Lyceums No. 118, No. 78, No. 91 and No. 124.

The student active group of the Educational and Research Institute №5 visited MI «Animal Handling Center» to give some warmth and attention to the tailed residents of the shelter. The young people not only handed over food and necessary items for those temporarily in the care of the center, but also spent time with four-legged friends.

Ella TVERDOKHLIB, Deputy Director of the Educational and Research Institute No.v5 , took part in the round table «Ensuring information rights in Ukraine: regional context», which was held at the Center for Civil Society Development at the initiative of the Representative Office of the Commissioner of the VRU for Human Rights in Kharkiv region.

Within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Week of Law, an open lecture for students and high school pupils was held at KhNUIA. The event was opened by Yuliia MYTROFANOVA, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 5, emphasizing the importance of an open dialogue on the formation of legal culture in the educational environment.

Within the framework of the "Week of Law", Associate Professors of the Department of Law Enforcement of the ERI No. 5 Stanislav PEVKO, Ihor PANOV and Olena DOVHAN held a lecture for students of 10-11 grades of Kamianets-Podilskyi Lyceum "Slavutynka". The event was dedicated to the issues of combating and preventing domestic violence.

Under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology Yana PONOMARENKO, the participants of the scientific circle discussed the history of the international campaign "16 Days Against Violence", its key goals and the symbolism of the dates that form the structure of this global human rights initiative.

A regular session of the Scientific Society of Students, Cadets, Listeners, Postgraduates, Adjuncts, Doctoral Students and Young Scientists was held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Liudmyla NADOPTA, Head of the Scientific Society, spoke about promising areas of scientific activity of young scientists.

For students of the ERI No. 5, a binary lesson was held on the topic: «Administrative and Legal Activities of the National Police (Patrol Police and Units of the MDNP in regions) within the framework of the project «Educational Security Service». Interaction of patrol police with juvenile prevention units».
