Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertology of the ERI No. 5, Associate Professor Olena Soloviova took part in the work of the 10th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Theoretical and Practical Problems of the Implementation of Legal Norms". The speakers highlighted problematic issues of environmental, criminal, and criminal procedural law.
The Educational and Research Institute No. 5 held a prestigious intellectual online competition - the Young Lawyer Olympiad, in which about 200 students of 10-11 grades of secondary education institutions in Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava regions took part. The Olympiad was held in two rounds. The first round included multi-level tests with a single answer option and legal tasks, the second round - essay writing.
Representatives of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 - Associate Pofessor of the Department of Law Enforcement Olena Dovhan and Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure Nataliia Khodieieva, during the training on current issues of military law, highlighted the issues of the status of a participant in hostilities, a war participant, and a person with a disability as a result of the war.
This issue was devoted to the next meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Criminal Process, Criminology and Expertise of the ERI No. 5, chaired by the Associate Professor of the department, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Svitlana Lozova.

The training on topical issues of military law was dedicated to the All-Ukrainian Law Week. The topic of the event covered the judicial practice of solving current problems, in particular, the issue of establishing the paternity of a deceased serviceman.

Union Company LLC, held a binary class for students on the topic of ‘Financial and Credit Interaction between Banks and Enterprises’.
On the initiative of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies of KhNUIA, an awarding ceremony was held for students and cadets who became winners of competitions. The awards were presented by: Deputy Director of the ERI No. 5 Myroslava Ivasyk, Head of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies Volodymyr Hrechenko, Associate Professor Nataliia Kobylko and Senior Lecturer Nataliia Yelnikova.
First-year psychology students of the ERI No. 5, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Candidate of Philological Sciences Natalia Kobylko, took part in the online workshop "Rhetorical Competence as a Component of the Professional Training of a Modern Specialist."
