The judo championship of Vinnytsia region among young people under 21 took place. The competition was attended by cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. Based on the results of their performances, they won prizes:

- First place - 2nd year cadet of the Faculty № 2 Ivan Semikhat in the 98 kg weight category;

- First place - 1st year cadet of the Faculty № 2 Fariz Rashydov in the weight category of 81 kg.

The 2nd year cadets of the Faculty No. 4 together with the curator of the group, senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages of the same faculty Larysa Sazanova visited the exhibition of art works "Colored Dreams" at the weekend.

On March 4, one of the founders of Ukrainian pop music, an outstanding composer and poet would have celebrated his 75th birthday. Volodymyr Ivasiuk was a personality who became a legend in his short life. He is the author of 107 songs, 53 instrumental pieces, and music for several plays. He is a Hero of Ukraine and winner of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize (1994, posthumously).

A regular optional lesson of the School of Scientific Leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the topic "Topical issues of tactical and special training under martial law" was held.

Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Police General of the third rank Valerii Sokurenko took part in the meeting. The main topics of the meeting were: opening of military-patriotic lyceums at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, improvement of the work of higher education institutions, opening of an institute of innovation at each educational institution.

Artemii Konovalov, Head of the Juvenile Prevention Department, Lieutenant Colonel of the Police Department of Preventive Activities of Kharkiv Regional Police, and Police Major Oleksandr Salo, Inspector of the same department, together with Mykola Holub, Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement and Police Studies of the Faculty No. 6, conducted a binary class for 1st year students studying under the Law Enforcement program.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the Faculty No. 3: lecturers Anna Tsyrkulenko and Serhii Kuchynskyi, in cooperation with The Halo Trust in Ukraine, an international mine action operator certified in Ukraine in the field of educational activities, have successfully completed the course "Training of Trainers in the Training of Explosive Ordnance Hazards".

At the initiative of the leadership of the Faculty № 6, the staff of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held an online meeting with the curators of the faculty's study groups.

Representatives of KhNUIA, with the assistance of Eduard Verbytskyi, Senior Inspector of Juvenile Prevention of the Community Relations Sector of the Police Department No. 1 of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Region, met with high school students of Slobidsko-Kulchiievetska community of Kamianets-Podilskyi District of Khmelnytskyi Region.

Cadets majoring in Psychology are improving their skills as psychologists during their on-the-job training. Yulia Pustovit, a cadet of the Faculty No. 3, conducted a practical lesson with elements of training on "Stress and methods of overcoming it" for police officers in the human rights sector.
