The annual conference “Artificial Intelligence in Police Training” was held at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia in Tbilisi. Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was represented by Tetiana Matiushkova, Head of the International Cooperation Department (offline) and Oleksandr Manzhai, Head of the Department of Cybercrime Counteraction (online).
It was conducted by Daniel Krupelnytskyi, an inspector of the Community Relations Department of Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, and Andrii Voitsikhovskyi, a professor at the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights.
An online meeting with Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine in biathlon Olena Petrova and international master of sports of Ukraine in powerlifting Anna Rykun, who is a graduate of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, was held for 1st year students of Sumy branch.
For the 2nd year students, Mykola Holub, Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement at the ERI №5, together with Serhii Izotov, Deputy Head of the Department of District Police Officers of the Preventive Activity Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkiv Region, conducted a binary class on the discipline “Police Activity”.
Daryna Omelchenko, a 2nd year student of the ERI №5, won two first places in the Ukrainian Kickboxing Championship among juniors, boys and adults. Daryna is a candidate for the master of sports of Ukraine in Cossack combat.
For the students of the ERI No. 2, the classes were conducted by district police officers Valentyn Kharchuk and Ivan Ivaniv together with Kateryna Penzieva, a senior lecturer at the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Science.
This was the topic of a binary lesson for 2nd year students of the ERI No. 5 in the discipline “Labor Law”. It was conducted by Natalia Postavna, a career consultant and career counselor, and Artem Podorozhnii, Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security, PhD in Law, Associate Professor.
They were received by 3rd year cadets of the ERI №4 Dmytro Kurylo and Yevhen Perepelytsia for effective cooperation with the Cybercrime Department in Kharkiv region of the Cyber Police Department of the NPU and a significant contribution to the common cause in combating criminal offenses committed in cyberspace during the legal regime of martial law.
Stanislav Pevko, Associate Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement at the ERI No. 5, received a certificate in the course “Critical Thinking for Educators”, which was conducted on the platform of massive open online courses Prometheus. The course participants learned about the theory and methods of teaching critical thinking, which will contribute to the success of teaching.
Liliia Bondarenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Sociology of the ERI №5, took part in the online forum “Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence”. The forum participants reviewed the main tools for managing their own emotions, discussed the skills of forming a high level of emotional intelligence.
