Valentyna Kochyna, Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, held an event in English dedicated to the Day of Mourning and Commemoration of the Victims of War in Ukraine in World War II as part of the A Way to Europe project. The cadets talked about past and present hostilities in our country.
Representatives of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA, Professor Oleksii Shumilo and lecturer Maryna Haidar, completed a training course organized by the NGO Incubator of Democratic Initiatives. This institution, in partnership with the UNBA Higher School of Advocacy, organized a webinar "Peculiarities of legal work with minors who have experienced violence on the Internet".
During the meeting, representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs developed a work plan for the Coalition, in particular, the strategy of the ICF "Ukrainian Women's Fund" in promoting the Women, Peace, Security agenda and implementing a number of projects - "Women's Psychological Support Circle", "Restart Your Life Online Business School", "Standing Together: Preventing, Responding and Counteracting Sexual Violence in the Conflict in Kharkiv Region by the Women's Volunteer Community".

At the beginning of the meeting, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Serhii Husarov presented the Rector of the University with the Acknowledgment of the military unit A5006 on behalf of all the personnel of the 157th separate infantry brigade for his significant contribution to strengthening the defense capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Children of fallen, captured, wounded and missing police officers, rescuers and servicemen of the National Guard and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine will be enrolled in the lyceums of the Ministry of Internal Affairs educational system. Inna Savina, a specialist of the Department of International Cooperation, and Nadiia Serhiienko, a senior lecturer at the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the Faculty No. 6, Anna Sushkova, took part in the online event "Erasmus+ Internship: Your Step in Career Development" organized by the Ambassadors of European Youth in Ukraine.
The Victory Drones project team, together with experienced experts and practitioners, has created a series of lectures and educational materials on useful technologies and their application in war. Within the framework of the Victory Drones project, the military with the call signs Fox and Alfa met with Dean Vitalii Romaniuk and 3rd year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
