At the beginning of the general meeting, the audience observed a minute of silence to honor all those who died in the war: military, border guards, rescuers, police and civilians. The first year students were greeted by the first vice-rector of the university Viktor Vasylenko and vice-rector Mykhailo Burdin, who congratulated the students on the successful completion of the academic year.
With the assistance of the trade union organization of KhNUIA, students and staff of the Faculty № 6 visited the heart of Bukovyna - the city of Chernivtsi, which is famous for its original architecture. During the excursion, they visited the Residence of the Metropolitans of Bukovina and Dalmatia, which is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
