Cadets of the ERI No. 1, who are members of the School of Scientific Leadership of KhNUIA and active participants in the scientific life of the university, completed the online course "Team Leadership: Becoming a Leader", aimed at developing effective communication skills, organizing team work, and forming leadership competencies.

For cadets of the ERI No. 1, a binary lesson on the topic "Improving the technique of performing punches and kicks. Combined actions" was conducted by the teacher of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 Ihor BOIKO together with the senior trainer-teacher of the boxing section of Kamianets-Podilsky branch of the Youth Sports School No. 2 Dmytro NEVENHLOVSKYI.

An information and educational event "Challenges and Opportunities for Ukraine on the Path to Full EU Membership" was held for 2nd-year higher education students majoring in "Law" and "Law Enforcement" at Sumy branch of KhNUIA.

The Head of the Department of Psychology, Sociology and Pedagogy of the ERI No. 3, Olena FEDORENKO, together with the psychologist of the Department of Psychological Support of the Personnel Management Department of the Main Police Department in Vinnytsia Region, Oleksandra PONOMARENKO, conducted a lesson on the discipline "Conflictology".

The first meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Humanities "Veritas" of Sumy branch of KhNUIA was held in the 2025/2026 academic year, during which students and teachers discussed how to effectively and, most importantly, honestly conduct scientific research work under martial law.

On the initiative of the Director of the ERI No. 4 Mykola MARCHUK, a meeting of cadets and students took place with the famous Ukrainian athlete, businessman, public figure and founder of the unique "Museum of the Formation of the Ukrainian Nation" Valerii HALAN.

The first meeting of the student scientific circle of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 was held under the leadership of the Professor of the Department, Yulia KYRYCHENKO.

Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Stanislav IVANOV, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities and Crime Solution of the ERI No. 2 Pavel MITRUKHOV, conducted a lesson for first-year students of the ERI No. 5 specializing in "Law Enforcement Activities".

The Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, Olena LUKIANYKHINA, joined the online event "Gender equality issues", organized by the State Labor Service with the assistance of the Association of Small Towns of Ukraine.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Language Training Valentyna POCHUIEVA held a meeting of the scientific circle for students on the topic "Intercultural communication in the context of contemporary cultural dialogue". The circle members heard a message about the interaction between representatives of different cultures, aimed at achieving mutual understanding and avoiding conflicts in the modern world.
