
Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5 Volodymyr KROITOR and Professor of the Department of Civil, Labor and Economic Law of the ERI No. 1 Sviatoslav SLIPCHENKO took part in the XIV International Civil Forum "Reforming Intellectual Property Law in the Conditions of Recodification of the Civil Legislation of Ukraine".

The Head of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, Olena LUKIANYKHINA, and the Senior Lecturer of the Department, Oleksandr NIESVIETOV, improved their qualifications and developed professional skills during the All-Ukrainian online training “Artificial Intelligence in Education: Pro Level”.

Oleksandr MOSHENSKYI, Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, held an online meeting with 11th grade students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 152 of Kharkiv City Council. He spoke about the university and its institutes, focusing on Educational and Research Institute No. 5.

Karyna YUSCHYSHYNA, a lecturer at the Department of Language Training, joined the International Online Webinar “The Invisible Check-Up: Assessing Language Skills Without Interrupting the Lesson” from the company “Lingvist”. During the event, she learned how to turn text reading into an effective tool for checking comprehension.

Lecturers of the Department of Sociology and Psychology underwent training in the Global Course on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for Ukrainian frontline specialists working with children. The course was developed in 2024 by the Margaret K. Raian Global Health Program of Boston Children's Hospital.

On the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, October 1, solemn events on the occasion of taking the Police Oath were held in different parts of the country - at the National Academy of Internal Affairs, as well as at Kharkiv, Dnipro, Donetsk, Lviv and Odesa State Universities of Internal Affairs.

The events on the occasion of the oath-taking of the first-year police officer were held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. These are talented young people from all regions of Ukraine, including graduates of lyceums with enhanced military-physical training, honor students, prize-winners of Olympiads, etc.

During the celebrations for the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, employees and students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs were awarded.

On this topic, the student active of the ERI No. 5 successfully completed a course developed by leading lawyers of Ukraine. Within the framework of eight modules, participants gained knowledge about the best practices of pre-trial investigation, got acquainted with the advice of expert practitioners and consolidated the material with the help of tests.
