A meeting was held with students of Tulchyn Lyceum with enhanced military and physical training of the Air Force by a cadet of the ERI No. 4, Oleksandr Safronov. He introduced the students to the specifics of studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, spoke about the rules of admission, practical training, and employment prospects in law enforcement agencies.

An online class on the topic "Measures to ensure criminal proceedings" with 3rd-year students was conducted by lawyer, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Dmytro Syrota and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise of the ERI No. 5, Associate Professor Olena Soloviova.

Associate Professor of the Department of Legal Support for Entrepreneurship and Financial Security Iryna Kyryieieva held an educational hour with students of the ERI No. 5, dedicated to the International Day of Remembrance of Victims of Genocide, which is celebrated on December 9. The curator spoke about the main features of the crime of genocide, drew an analogy with the actions of the aggressor country taking place on the territory of Ukraine.

Senior Lecturer at the Department of Language Training Artem Bilousov took part in the international practical online webinar "Media Literacy in ESL Teaching" from Cambridge University Press and Assessment. He learned how developing critical thinking will help students understand and analyze media content, and use GenAI tools.

An online training will be held for consultants of the Legal Clinic of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA, organized by the ERI No. 5 with the support of the institute's management, on current issues of military law, dedicated to the All-Ukrainian Law Week. The events will take place on December 9, 10 and 13 at 2:00 p.m.

Representatives of the department of organization of work on career guidance of KhNUIA, together with employees of the personnel sector of police department No. 3 of Khmelnytskyi DPD of the MDNP in Khmelnytskyi region, which has been a leader in ensuring the number of university entrants for several years in a row, met with students of lyceums in the city of Letychiv.

The head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of ERI No. 1, Tetiana Fomina, became one of 30 participants in the three-day training "Procedural Interview for Vulnerable Categories of Persons", organized by the Norwegian Center for Human Rights in cooperation with the NGO JustGroup.

With the assistance of Andrii Vasyliev, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Education of Kharkiv Regional State Administration, employees of the preparatory department of the ERI No. 5 held an online meeting with students from lyceums of several territorial communities of Kharkiv region.

KhNUIA representatives - students of the ERI No. 1, 4 and 5, head of the Department of Special Physical Training Dmytro Konstantynov and the coach of the national track and field team, master's student Volodymyr Manukian - became participants in the race, which is a solidarity manifestation of care for people who have experienced and are still experiencing traumatic experiences.

With the support of the leadership of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, employees of the social and humanitarian work department organized a holiday vacation for higher education students who are orphans, deprived of parental care, and those who lost their relatives in the ongoing war.
