
On the initiative of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work, students of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 2 and No. 3 attended the opening of the 20th Days of Polish Cinema. This is an anniversary festival organized by the Polish Institute in Kyiv, which introduces the Ukrainian audience to the achievements of modern Polish cinema.

As part of the study of the academic discipline "Criminal Process", a session was held with the participation of the judge-speaker of Kamianets-Podilskyi City District Court of Khmelnytskyi Region, Eleonora KUZNIAK-HODLOVSKA, which was organized by the head of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1, Tetiana FOMINA.

Teachers of the Departments of Tactical and Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2, together with cadets, participated in special practical exercises and training on civil defense issues. Students practiced the algorithm of actions through simulation of emergency situations in conditions close to real ones.

The student self-government unit of KhNUIA held a game session of the simulation board game "Year of Decisions". The game simulated a full year of work of a self-government body, allowing participants to practice decision-making, role distribution, and implementation of initiatives in a team format.

On this topic, a binary lesson for 3rd year cadets of the ERI No. 2 was conducted by Nataliia TODOROVSKA, a senior forensic specialist for special assignments of the forensic support department of the Investigation Department of the Main Police Department in Vinnytsia region, and Oleksandr YUKHNO, Professor of the Department of Forensic Science and Forensic Expertise of the ERI No. 1.

At the initiative of the Director of the ERI No. 5, Oksana BRUSAKOVA, a meeting of students was held with the senior inspector of the juvenile prevention sector of Kamianets-Podilskyi DPD of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region, Victoria VOLSKA, on the topic "Bullying: Causes, Consequences and Prevention."

Associate Professor of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2 Tykhin SHEVCHENKO held a series of lectures for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education at the University of Turība in Riga. The classes were devoted to issues of ensuring the stability of protected objects using modern technological means.

Anatolii KLOCHKO, Assistant to the Rector of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, donated valuable books on Nazism, the Holocaust, and the events of World War II to the university library. Among them are the works of the British historian and researcher of the totalitarian regimes of the 20th century, Lawrence Rees.
