Cadets and employees of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs visited wounded servicemen who are undergoing treatment and rehabilitation. In a friendly atmosphere, they played chess, checkers and table tennis together, shared stories, and chatted.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Yulia INSHEKOVA, together with the investigator of the investigative department of the police department No. 1 of Pervomaiskyi district police department of the Main Police Department of Mykolaiv region Victoria BILA, held a lesson on the topic "Criminal offenses against the safety of traffic and transport operation."

Students of the ERI No. 2 took part in the psychological and educational training "Heroes Among Us", the purpose of which is to increase the level of psychological awareness, strengthen emotional resilience and support morale in conditions of martial law. During the event, the cadets had the opportunity to talk with war veteran, psychologist Andrii LAZARENKO.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2 Valerii SHVETS, together with representatives of the 120th Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, conducted a lesson on the discipline "Tactical and Special Training" on the topic: "Tactical Medicine (M.A.R.C.H. Algorithm)" for students of the ERI No. 3.

Andrii LIUBIMENKO is a student at the barrier-free driving school of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. He is currently taking a theoretical driving course and dreams of getting a driver’s license soon.

The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA - Head of the Department Olena STATIVKA, Professor Oleh HONCHARUK, Associate Professors Valentyna POCHUIEVA and Valentyna KOCHYNA, Senior Lecturers Larysa SAZANOVA and Artem BILOUSOV - attended the International Online Webinar "A 5-Step Guide to Customising your Adult Coursebook" from Pearson.

Students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs traditionally take an active part in volunteer activities. Thus, 2nd year cadets of the ERI No. 3 provide comprehensive assistance to those who need support the most: families of deceased servicemen, lonely elderly people, single mothers and other vulnerable categories of the population.

A career guidance online meeting with senior students of lyceums, gymnasiums and colleges was held with the participation of the management and scientific and pedagogical staff of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5. Director Oksana BRUSAKOVA introduced future entrants to the main advantages of studying at KhNUIA.

A binary practical lesson was held on this topic for cadets of the ERI No. 1, which was conducted by the senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2, Volodymyr YEVTUSHOK, and servicemen of the Tactical and Special Training Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in sports events held in Kamianets-Podilskyi. They became participants in the Ukrainian WAKO kickboxing championship among students and the All-Ukrainian tournament in honor of Roman HOLOVATIUK and the Heroes who died in the fight for the Independence of Ukraine.
