The participants discussed a number of important issues, in particular the organisation of the educational process, the examination session, compliance with the internal regulations, and the rules of residence in the hostel. Vice-rector Serhii Bortnyk noted that the university management is doing everything to ensure that young people have modern conditions for studying and living.
Representatives of the ERI №2 - senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training Volodymyr Yevtushok and senior lecturers of the Department of Special Physical Training Mykhailo Inshekov and Kostiantyn Butenko held career guidance meetings with senior pupils of Rokytne Lyceum №2 in Rivne region and municipal institution ‘Lyceum №34’ of Kharkiv City Council.
With the assistance of the Main Department of the National Police in Chernivtsi region, the Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI №1 Yurii Orlov, the lecturer of the same department Olena Horash, and the Deputy Head of the course Ruslan Yedin held an online meeting with the final year students of secondary education institutions in Chernivtsi and their parents.
Larysa Sazanova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, took part in the international online webinar ‘Dynamic Teamwork: Strategies for Engaging All Learners’ from MM Publications and Linguistic LLC, where she got acquainted with practical strategies for engaging each student in active work.
As part of the All-Ukrainian patriotic and artistic project ‘From Cradle to Victory’, a concert programme was presented by the team of the Centre for Military Music of the Air Force of Ukraine. The inflammatory Ukrainian songs and dances impressed and added to the good mood of the students and university staff.
Representatives of the Department of Tactical and Specialised Training of the ERI No. 2, senior lecturer Valerii Shvets and leading specialist Oleksii Mikhno, introduced high school students of Agronomic Lyceum to the ways of providing first aid, demonstrated the means of stopping massive bleeding and taught them how to apply tourniquets to different types of limbs.
Iryna Lutsenko, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI №1, met online with the pupils of Lopushnianskyi Lyceum of Berehometskyi Vyzhnytska Village Council of Vyzhnytskyi District of Chernivtsi Region. The lyceum graduates learned about the features and benefits of studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
The 2nd year students Maksym Maksymchuk and Ivanna Isar visited Chortkiv Lyceum No. 7 and Banyliv Ivan Diaakoniuk Support Lyceum. They told the future graduates about studying at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs and answered the questions of high school students about this year's admission requirements.
Representatives of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights: Head of the Department Tetiana Hudz, Professor Andrii Voitsikhovskyi, Associate Professors Oleksandr Radchenko and Daria Heta, Senior Lecturer Kseniia Hurtova took part in a lecture organised by the CCU.
Representatives of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI №5 together with the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminalistics and Forensics with the participation of the management of the Institute and the Preparatory Department held an online career guidance meeting with students of Zmiiv Lyceum №1 named after Z.K. Sliusarenko.
