Every year on November 21, Ukraine celebrates the Day of Dignity and Freedom – a date that recalls the events that were key in the formation of modern Ukrainian statehood. This is a day when we honor the courage of citizens who defended Ukraine right to freedom and European choice, and also remember the path passed in the struggle for democratic values.
The profession of a police officer is a calling. Knowledge, Law, Honor - this is the motto under which future police officers are trained at KhNUIA. Representatives of the university told graduates of Letychiv, Medzhybozh and Derazhnia lyceums in Khmelnytskyi region about admission, specialties and training opportunities.
Students of KhNUIA took part in the I stage of Petro Yatsyk International Ukrainian Language Competition, the purpose of which is to raise the prestige of Ukrainian language and ensure its comprehensive development and functioning in all areas of public life. The event brought together cadets and students from Kharkiv, Vinnytsia and Kamianets-Podilskyi.
Social media has become an important part of Ukrainian children's lives, especially during the war. But instead of a safe space, they often encounter shocking content, cyberbullying, and psychological pressure.
On the occasion of Children's Day, the active members of the cadet and student self-government of KhNUIA gave the pupils of the sponsored institutions not only warmth, attention and joy, but also a piece of their heart and sincere smiles. Cadets and students of the ERI No. 1-5, Sumy branch and Kremenchuk Flight College visited children from privileged categories.
Students of the Educational and Research Institute No. 5 took part in a solemn event on the occasion of International Student Day, which took place in Kharkiv with the participation of Oleh SYNIEHUBOV, Head of the Kharkiv RMA, Rectors of leading higher education institutions of region and representatives of the youth of Kharkiv region.
The EUAM Leadership Programme is being developed as a modern educational model for training managers in the security sector – a tool for creating a new generation of effective managers. Representatives of KhNUIA, NAIA, universities of the MIA system from Dnipro, Donetsk, Lviv and Odesa, the Prosecutors' Training Center, the State Customs Service and central bodies of the MIA joined the work on it.
The Department of Special Physical Training of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2 conducted a joint training with war veteran, serviceman of the 10th Brigade, 108th Battalion (AFU) Andrii PIDSKALNYI, who was wounded near Kupiansk.
Employees and cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the training "Improving the Level of Training of Ukrainian Police Special Units in the Field of Mine and Pyrotechnic Works in the Deoccupied Territories" in Luków (Poland) within the framework of the program "Polish Development Assistance 2025".
Cadets of the Educational and Research Institute No. 2 took an active part in educational events within the framework of the All-Ukrainian information campaign to combat payment fraud #ShakhrayGoodbye, which were held by the National Bank of Ukraine with the support of the CO Kredobank Foundation.
