In order to expand partnerships with the NPU, as well as institutions and educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was visited by representatives of the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine Foundation (PFSU): Senior Advisor Mykhailo CHERNOV and Advisors Anton KHARKIVETS and Andrii SHEVCHENKO.
Higher education applicants of the ERI №5 visited Kamianets-Podilskyi District Police Department of the National Police in Khmelnytskyi region, where they talked to the head of the human rights sector Vitalii KAVKALO and senior inspector Albina MELNYK.
The peculiarities of the admission campaign and the conditions of study at the university were discussed at a meeting with future applicants of KhNUIA. The event was attended by the Assistant to the Rector Viktor SLYSH, Deputy Directors of the ERI №3 and №4 Hryhorii DZHAHUPOV and Yurii ONYSHCHENKO, representative of the Department of Professional Orientation Ihor OVCHARENKO.
The 2nd year master's students of the ERI #3, who are studying in the specialty “Law Enforcement”, successfully defended the materials of their internship in the post. They demonstrated a high level of training in the issues of compliance with the law and the legality of police actions during administrative detention.
Anatolii SLIPCHENKO, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5, held a career guidance meeting with high school students of Nina Sosnina Lyceum No. 1 in Malyn, Zhytomyr region. He familiarized the lyceum students with the conditions of admission to Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, the benefits of studying at the institution, in particular at the ERI No. 5.
Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs continues to implement initiatives aimed at supporting veterans and their physical rehabilitation. The lecturers of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI №2 individually develop training programs, helping each military man to return to active life as soon as possible.
On this topic, specialists from the Department of Social and Humanitarian Work held information and educational hours with higher education students from Educational and Research Institutes No. 1-5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.
Senior lecturer of the Department of Legal Support for Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 Iryna ANTOL, together with bachelors and masters studying in the specialty "Law", took an online course, which is relevant in connection with the European integration strategy of our country.
Senior lecturer of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 Ihor OSTROVSKYI held a career orientation meeting with 11th grade students and deputy director for educational work Lesia STEPASIUK. He introduced the high school students to the peculiarities of admission to KhNUIA, the specialties in which specialists are trained for the NPU units.
The first offline Counter-Strike EU Cyber League tournament, which took place on February 1–2 in Kyiv and was organized by the European University, brought together 24 student teams from higher education institutions. The matches were held in the format of the group stage (BO1) and the final stage (BO3).
