Anna Naumova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, and Yevhen Rudniev, a specialist of the Preparatory Department of the ERI No. 5, provided students with recommendations on choosing practical bases for internships, working with mentors, and preparing internship reports.
The topic ‘Problems of Tolerance in Modern Society’ was discussed by the participants of the meeting dedicated to the International Day of Tolerance, which has been celebrated worldwide since 1995 on 16 November.
As part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the granting of university status to KhNUIA, the academic staff of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies - Professor, Doctor of Philology Ihor Chornyi and Senior Lecturer, Candidate of Philology Olena Overchuk - held lectures for the cadets of the ERI No. 2.
Yevhen Maksymchuk, a 3rd year student of the ERI №4, has undergone training in first aid in Ivano-Frankivsk with the participation of representatives of the Maltese Aid Service (Republic of Poland). Yevhen is a volunteer of this organisation and believes that first aid skills are extremely necessary in his chosen profession, especially during the martial law regime.
Volodymyr Dementov, Associate Professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, took part in the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical seminar "Innovative educational technologies and teaching methods: topical issues, implementation experience", which took place within the framework of the Sixteenth International Exhibition "Innovation in Modern Education".
Valerii Shvets, senior lecturer of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2, and leading specialist of the ERI No. 2, Major Oleksii Mikhno, together with representatives of the operational brigade "Chervona Kalyna" conducted a binary class on the discipline "Tactical and special training" for cadets of the ERI No. 3.
For first-year students of the ERI No. 5, classes on the topic "Psychological service system in private institutions of secondary education" were conducted by a practical psychologist of Kharkiv Lyceum "Educational Space "Gravity"" Pavlo Chekurov, associate professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology Liliia Bondarenko and senior lecturer of the same department Larysa Solokhina.
The goal is the national-patriotic upbringing of higher education students, the development of cultural and educational activities, the popularization of musical art among young people, which opens up new perspectives in the educational and social-humanitarian work of the university.
The curator, associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Oleksandr Avdieiev, held an online meeting with the cadets of the educational group of ERI No. 1 on this topic. He reminded the students of the main principles of the "Regulations on academic integrity at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs".
A tour of Sumy scientific-research expert forensic center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for graduates of Sumy specialized school No. 29 was conducted by the chief forensic expert of the group of quality control and metrological support of Sumy Research Expert Forensic Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yevhenia Manko and the head of the center's activity support department Svitlana Ivanova.
