Employees of the Department of organization of work on career orientation of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs together with the senior inspector of the personnel sector of Zhashkiv district police department of the Main Police Department of Cherkasy region Iryna ILLIASHENKO held conversations on choosing a future profession with students of the graduating classes of lyceums in the city of Zhashkiv.

As part of the curatorial work, Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Yulia ZAHUMENNA focused the attention of 3rd year cadets of the ERI No. 1 on the peculiarities of police officer behavior in public places under the legal regime of martial law.

The Head of the Research laboratory on problems of information technologies and combating crime in cyberspace of the ERI No. 4, Dmytro PASHNIEV, held a remote meeting with future graduates of secondary education institutions of Kharkiv region.

On this topic, Professor of the Department of Law Enforcement of the ERI No. 5 Mykola HOLUB took part in the work of the 1st International Scientific and Theoretical Conference, which was held in Florence (Italian Republic).

The future defenders of our state competed for the title of being the best and strongest: students of lyceums of security orientation and national-patriotic education, as well as the Military Lyceum of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1 Tetiana SHEVCHUK held a career guidance conversation with students of the 11th grade of Chereshenskyi Support Lyceum of Vyzhnytsia City Council, Vyzhnytsia District, Chernivtsi Region.

As part of a charitable initiative, higher education students of the ERI No. 5 visited the transfusion department in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi and replenished the blood bank. For the students, it was an opportunity to provide real help to defenders in need.

Today, April 26, marks 39 years since the terrible accident at Unit 4 of Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant. It touched almost every Ukrainian family and shook the entire world.

On the 39th anniversary of the accident at Chornobyl nuclear power plant, cadets, students and employees of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs at all locations of the higher education institution honored the memory of the victims of the largest nuclear disaster, which took the lives of thousands of people and caused irreparable damage to the environment.

On this topic, KhNUIA library has prepared a virtual biographical sketch for the 135th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Ukrainian poet, translator, literary critic, and representative of the neoclassicists Mykola Zerov (April 26, 1890 - November 3, 1937).
