The investigator of the investigative department of the police department No. 4 of Sumy district police department of the Main Police Department of Sumy region, Diana SHPAK, together with the senior lecturer of the Language Training Department, Valentyna POCHUIEVA, conducted a binary lesson on the topic "Theft" for 4th-year cadets of the ERI No. 1.

A lecturer at the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5, Maria NAUMENKO, a Professor of the same department, Tetiana KYRYCHENKO, and a senior investigator of the investigative department of the Kamianets-Podilskyi RPD of the Main Police Department in Khmelnytskyi region, Yevhen ATSKEVYCH, held a binary lesson for 1st-year students on the topic "International human rights standards in the activities of pre-trial investigation bodies."

For higher education students of the ERI No. 2, a practical lesson on the academic discipline "Tactical and Special Training" on the topic "Fundamentals of Topography and Orientation on the Terrain" was conducted by scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2 together with an instructor from the 120th Territorial Defense Brigade

For first-year students of the ERI No. 5, the psychologist of the psychological support department of the personnel support department of KhNUIA, Viktoriia HORELOVA, conducted training sessions on stress prevention, adaptation, mastering self-help skills, and providing first psychological aid to others in acute stressful situations.

First-year cadets of the ERI No. 3 visited a cinema, where they watched the documentary "Antarctica". The film demonstrates the incredible beauty and harshness of the nature of Antarctica, and also highlights the scientific and research activities of Ukrainian polar explorers.

Senior lecturer of the Department of Special Disciplines and Basic Combined-Arms Training of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, Oleksii NAZAROV, conducted a class for students on the discipline "Basic Combined-Arms Training".

During a binary lesson on the academic discipline "Tactical and special training" on the topic "Fundamentals of topography and terrain orientation", cadets of the ERI No. 4 got acquainted with the classification and nomenclature of topographic maps, types of relief and tactical properties of the terrain, and the rules for using devices for determining the sides of the horizon.

The guarantor of the educational and professional program "Law Enforcement Activities (Police Officers)", professor of the Department of Administrative Activities of the ERI No. 3, Doctor of Law, Professor Vitalii PCHELIN, met with first-year students of the ERI No. 2 and No. 3 in an online format. The guarantor introduced the cadets to the elective educational components of the first year of study.

Senior lecturers of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, group curators Serhii LUKIANENKO and Andrii SIADRYSTYI held an educational curatorial hour for students.

Research and pedagogical workers of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation Hennadii HLOBENKO and Alina PIDDUBNA discussed with the staff of the curatorial groups current issues related to the beginning of the academic year, identified priority areas of curatorial work regarding the organization of cadets' leisure time, living conditions, everyday life, etc.
