In order to provide high-quality practical training for future investigators, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Organization of Pre-Trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1 actively use interactive teaching methods, in particular, using mobile training grounds, during classes on the discipline "Pre-Trial Investigation".

The election commission of the cadet-student self-government has begun accepting applications from candidates for the position of the Head of the cadet-student Parliament of KhNUIA. To participate in the elections, it is necessary to send documents to the e-mail address of the cadet-student Parliament of KhNUIA.

Through the mediation of the representative of the Norwegian Police University College, Suzanne BANCEL, and the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA, the university's personnel received access to current scientific materials on law enforcement activities from the representative of the Austrian Police Academy of the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Thomas GREIS.

On the eve of the Lawyer's Day of Ukraine, representatives of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 held an online career orientation meeting with students of grades 10-11 of Shcherbanivka Lyceum of Shcherbanivka Village Council of  Poltava District of Poltava Region.

Scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2, Professor Kostiantyn RADCHENKO and senior lecturer Valerii SHVETS, together with the instructor of the 120th Military Medical Brigade, conducted a binary lesson for students of the ERI No. 3.

A meeting of the scientific and practical group "Special Physical Training" of the Department of Special Physical Training of the ERI No. 2 of KhNUIA was held. The group members discussed the work plan for the 2025/2026 academic year, participation in scientific competitions, as well as preparation for future events.

A working meeting with heads of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was held at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The event was chaired by Inna YASHCHUK, State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Oleksandr TARASENKO, Director of the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

KhNUIA hosted e-sports competitions in the discipline of "Dota 2". The event was organized with the support of the Ukrainian E-Sports Federation (UESF). The competitions contributed to the popularization of e-sports among higher education students, the development of team interaction, strategic thinking, etc.

Director of the ERI No. 5 Oksana BRUSAKOVA and her deputy Ella TVERDOKHLIB completed training to improve the professional competence of educators in the field of digital transformations and the application of artificial intelligence to create an innovative educational environment of the future.

Representatives of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 - Head Olha HETMANETS and Professor Daria KOROBTSOVA - took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Voronovski Readings: Discussion Aspects of Acquiring Skills Regarding the Legal Nature of Public Finance Circulation (Methodological Aspect)".
