The Department of Criminal Procedure and Organisation of Pre-trial Investigation of the ERI No. 1 held a regular meeting of the scientific circle ‘Scientia vinces’, which was attended by cadets of the Educational and Research Institutes No. 1, 2, 4 and scientific and pedagogical staff.

The head of the group, Associate Professor Volodymyr Tulupov, together with the students discussed the issues of research work and considered the directions for its search. The students also learned about existing interactive online courses in such areas as data analysis and programming.

This was the title of the roundtable discussion organised by the academic staff of the Department of Administrative Law and Process of the ERI No. 3 of KhNUIA. The event was opened by the Vice-Rector of KhNUIA, Honoured Lawyer of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Police Colonel Oleksandr Muzychuk, who stressed that in the light of recent legislative initiatives, the topic of development of administrative and tort law of Ukraine remains extremely relevant.

The next meeting of the student-cadet scientific club ‘VERITAS’ of the Department of Humanities of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was devoted to the study of COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) technology and analysis of its effectiveness in the context of the national education system.

The event was attended by students of the ERI №5 of KhNUIA and students and teachers of the Faculty of Psychology of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and the State Biotechnological University. The event was dedicated to the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language.

It was held by Svitlana Lozova, Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, on the topic ‘Research of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors and their impact on the human psyche’ together with Svitlana Chernolohova, Chief Forensic Expert of Kharkiv Scientific Research Forensic Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Associate Professor of the Language Training Department of KhNUIA Vita Fylypska and Senior Lecturer of the same department Larysa Sazanova considered the issue of writing an abstract for a scientific article and the use of abbreviations and acronyms in scientific legal literature.

There was an online meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI No. 5 of KhNUIA, in which the members of the scientific circle, its head, professor of the department Yuliia Kyrychenko and senior lecturer of the Department Anna Sushkova took part.

On October 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs will host a round table "Actual problems of administrative and tort law of Ukraine" in online mode.

The Department of Civil Law and Procedure of KhNUIA held a regular meeting of the scientific group of students. The leader of the circle, associate professor of the department, candidate of legal sciences, associate professor Yurii Chalyi gave a speech on the topic "Legal facts in civil law".
