The meeting of the "Cyber ​​Scientist" circle was dedicated to the issues of scientific and research work of students. It was opened by the Head of the scientific circle, Associate Professor of the Department of Cybersecurity and DATA-technologies Volodymyr TULUPOV. The circle members discussed their achievements in scientific and educational activities.

The visit was related to the preparation of students of the master's degree program for the II International Scientific and Practical Conference "Crime and Counteraction to It in War Conditions and in the Post-War Perspective: Interdisciplinary Panorama". The event was held by Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights Yevhenia LOHVYNENKO.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the ERI No. 1, Tetiana SHEVCHUK, as a result of an international internship under the program "Best Practices and Innovations in Higher Education: International Experience of Lithuania", became a full member of the Lithuanian Scientific Society.

Within the framework of this topic, a meeting of the scientific circle "Problems of modern police science" was held at the Department of Law Enforcement of the ERI No. 5. The opening speech was delivered by the Head of the circle, Associate Professor of the Department, Doctor of Philosophy Daria HLUSHKOVA.

Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Candidate of Philological Sciences Natalia KOBYLKO joined the international scientific event - the marathon "UNIQUE Polish, or about exceptions in the Polish language", organized by the University of Silesia in Katowice (Poland).

Professor of the Department, Doctor of Law, Professor Andrii SHULHA spoke about the main trends in criminal law protection of the environment. The report on the topic "On the correspondence of the description of war crimes under Article 438 of the Criminal Code and relevant international legal acts" was prepared by student Anhelina LYPNYTSKA.

The Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI №5 held a regular meeting of the scientific circle, the topic of which was the problems of meaningful definition of the categories “force majeure” and “case (incident)”. The report was made by fourth-year student Yulia BAIDIUK.

The Department of the Theory and History of State and Law of KhNUIA held a regular meeting, during which a number of important issues regarding the specifics of the activities of the National Police were considered. Reports were made by cadets of the ERI No. 1, 3 and students of the ERI No. 5.

KhNUIA scientific and pedagogical staff took part in the roundtable "Some issues of implementing the integrity institute for checking employees of law enforcement agencies and the prosecutor's office", which was held under the chairmanship of Anatolii FODCHUK, Head of the Corruption Prevention Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

The main goal of the online training, conducted during the meeting by the Head of the Department of Legal Disciplines of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, Oleksii SHUMILO, and the Associate Professor of the department, Head of the scientific circle, Lesia HONCHARENKO, was to help higher education students acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills for preparing coursework.
