Professor of the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA Oleh HONCHARUK and senior lecturer of the same department Larysa SAZANOVA, curators of study groups, held an educational talk "Ukrainian Women Scientists" for 3rd year cadets of the ERI No. 4, dedicated to the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights of KhNUIA, Doctor of Law, Professor Dmytro SLYNKO remotely participated in the III International Scientific Conference “Global Challenges and Innovations: Ways of Developing Modern Science” held in Sumy.

The scientific event on the topic “Modern problems of economic development of the state” was chaired by Associate Professor Natalia PAVLENKO. The reports were prepared by the first-year students of the ERI №2, who are studying in the specialty “Accounting and Taxation”.

Natalia HORBACH, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Language Training of KhNUIA, held a meeting of the scientific circle on the topic “Lexical and grammatical features of writing a report by American police officers”. The participants discussed writing a written report on various types of crimes, detention of suspects, violations of public safety, etc.

On February 14, 2025, the X Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists “Psychological Readings” will be held at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. During the conference, master classes and speeches by leading specialists in various psychological practices are planned.

Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies of KhNUIA, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Ihor CHORNYI joined the VII International Scientific and Theoretical Conference "Scientific Forum: Theory and Practice of Research", which took place in Valencia (Spain).

Vitalii ROMANIUK, Director of the ER 1, congratulated cadets Yaroslav DIACHKO and Daria HRELIA, who became the winners of the annual Competition of Scientific Works “History of Law Enforcement Agencies” among higher education students of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on the occasion of the University Foundation Day.

The Director of the Educational and Research Institute №4 Mykola Marchuk presented certificates to the participants of the international scientific and practical conferences “Current trends in scientific research development”, “Future of science: innovations and perspectives” and “Science and technology: challenges, prospects and innovation”, which took place in Boston (USA), Stockholm (Sweden) and Osaka (Japan).

The Bar Council of Kharkiv Region held a scientific and practical discussion table “Practice of applying the legislation on compensation to owners of housing destroyed or damaged as a result of Russian armed aggression against Ukraine”. The event was attended by the academic staff of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI No. 5.

The meeting on the topic “Human and civil rights under the legal regime of martial law” was held offline and online. Illia PAVLOV, a 1st year student of the ERI №5, made a report “Restrictions of human rights under martial law”, and Yevhen NOVIKOV, a 1st year cadet of the ERI №4, presented an essay “Peculiarities of protecting the rights of the child under the legal regime of martial law”.
