Mykola Marchuk, Dean of the Faculty № 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, presented certificates to higher education students for online participation in the IX International Scientific and Practical Conference "MODERN RESEARCH IN SCIENCE AND EDUCATION", which took place in Chicago, USA.

The Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA organized and conducted a round table on "European Integration: Socio-Economic, Migration and Security Challenges of the Present" within the framework of the scientific student-cadet circle "Actual Problems of National Economy Development in the Context of Globalization".

The 1st year cadets of the Faculty No. 1 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in the XVII All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Online Conference, which was held at the Law Faculty of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv).

The Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Faculty No. 4 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held the first International Scientific and Practical Conference within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module "Digital Transformation of Rights: EU Experience".

Nataliia Miloradova, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of the Faculty No. 3, Doctor of Psychology, Professor, took part online in the international scientific and practical conference "Supporting the Psychological Health of the Individual in War: International Experience and Ukrainian Realities", which took place in Kyiv, and in the scientific and practical seminar "Psychological and Pedagogical Support of Personal Development: Education, Security, Peace".

At the beginning of the event, the Rector, Chairman of the Academic Council Valerii Sokurenko congratulated and presented a certificate of awarding the academic title of associate professor to Vita Filipska, senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty No. 4. Yulia Bershadska received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in the field of knowledge 08 "Law", and Inna Larionova and Andrii Pashchenko received Doctor of Philosophy degrees in the field of knowledge 05 "Social and Behavioural Sciences".

The Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the Faculty No. 6 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs held a regular online meeting of the students' scientific club. The students listened to and discussed the reports of third-year students Yulia Baidiuk, Valeria Velihura, Olena Demchenko and others, whose works were recommended for publication in the form of abstracts at scientific and practical conferences.

On 27 June 2024, Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs will host the IV Scientific and Practical Conference "Problems of Modern Police Science". Representatives of higher education institutions, scientists, practitioners of law enforcement agencies, postgraduate, doctoral, adjunct and master's students are invited to participate in the conference.

The agenda included the approval of the rating list of research papers of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education of higher education institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and the organisation of the final scientific and practical conference of the competition.

A regular meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty № 4 of KhNUIA on the topic "Intercultural Communication in the Modern World under Martial Law" was held. Associate Professor of the Department Valentyna Pochuieva discussed with the cadets the situation that developed during the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
