The topic of the regular meeting of the students' scientific club, organized by the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of the ERI №5, was the problems of meaningful definition of the categories of civil law that have not been enshrined in the civil legislation of Ukraine. Valeriia VELIHURA, a 4th year student, made a presentation.
Under the chairmanship of the Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Criminology and Expertise of the ERI No. 5, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor Svitlana LOZOVA, a regular meeting of the scientific circle of the department was held, dedicated to the topic of the peculiarities of handwriting research, as well as technical research of documents.
Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies of KhNUIA, Doctor of Philology, Professor Ihor CHORNYI remotely participated in the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Theory of Modernization in the Context of Modern World Science” held in Mukachevo.
Members of the scientific club of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the ERI №5 of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs took part in an extended online meeting of the scientific club of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture.
This topic was discussed during a meeting of the scientific club “Problems of Modern Police Science” with the participation of Iryna Panova, Head of the Department of Law Enforcement at the ERI №5, and Daria Hlushkova, Head of the scientific club, Associate Professor.
This was the topic of an online meeting of the scientific circle of the Department of Legal Support of Entrepreneurial Activity and Financial Security of the ERI №5 of KhNUIA, which was attended by members of the circle, the head of the department, Professor Yulia Kirichenko, and senior lecturer of the same department Anna Sushkova.
Head of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine Volodymyr Hrechenko and Assistant to the Rector, Doctor of Law, Professor Anatolii Klochko remotely participated in the VII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modernization of Modern Science: Experience and Trends”.
During the unscheduled meeting, the Head of the Department, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor Mykola Pakhnin emphasized the importance of taking into account the experience of historical events, in particular the Unity of Ukraine and the Holocaust. Student Vladyslava Kolisnyk made a presentation on the topic “Criminal and Legal Characterization of ‘Genocide’ under Art. 442 of the Criminal Code”.
This was the topic of an international online event dedicated to the implementation of the case method in the educational process in the fields of business and management, which was attended by Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Yulia Zahumenna.
The Council develops and approves the national Concept of a unified historical and legal doctrine of Ukrainian statehood, organizes and conducts scientific research on this issue, in particular, carries out historical, legal and theoretical analysis of the origins, nature and stages of formation and development of Ukrainian statehood.
