Sports competitions between freshmen, who are currently undergoing camp training, have started at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs . The national teams of Faculties №№ 1-4 of the University take part in the sports holiday. The purpose of the event is to popularize and promote sports among cadets, to develop physical and moral qualities of future employees of the National Police of Ukraine.

Lecturers of the Department of Humanities of Sumy Branch of KhNUIA Yulia Samoilova, Olena Shkurat and Larysa Gartsunova took part in an online presentation of the Model Curriculum of the Legal English course, developed by a team of teachers from Ukrainian and American law schools with the support of the USAID New Justice Program. Its goal is to promote the introduction of legal education standards and the modernization of linguistic training of lawyers in a globalized world. This innovative curriculum requires students to receive 300 ECTS credits from a variety of disciplines over ten semesters or five years.

This has been announced today, on the 3rd of September, by the Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi during an interactive lesson on compliance with traffic rules and safe behavior on the street with students of Kyiv Specialized School No.15 of I-III degrees with advanced study of English.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on December 9, 2020 № 1236 "On the establishment of quarantine and implementation of intensified anti-epidemic measures on the territory with a significant spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2", the Order of the Ministry of Health on December 24, 2020 № 3018 "On approval of the Roadmap for the introduction of vaccine against acute respiratory disease -19 caused by coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, and mass vaccination in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine in 2021-2022"(as amended by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine from July 12, 2021 № 1423) and instructions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on anti-epidemic measures in higher education institutions with specific training conditions, the management of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs insists on the compliance with quarantine requirements: use of personal protective equipment, including respirators or protective masks, mandatory temperature screening, social distancing, treatment of hands with antiseptics, and also we advise making immunization in any point of mass vaccination convenient for you.

Representatives of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, particulary specialists of Department of International Cooperation Inna Savina and Alona Subocheva, took part in an online meeting of Working Group on Human Rights organized by Kharkiv office of UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine.

The final of the all-Ukrainian mini-football tournament among the winning teams of penitentiary institutions of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence took place at the Dynamo-Arena Stadium of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs.

On the eve of the new academic year, the library of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs hosted excursions for first-year cadets of all faculties. Acquaintances with the library, where the young people during the years of study will expand their worldview, prepare for sessions and spend free time, left a pleasant impression on visitors.

Kharkiv Oblast Premier League Football Championship of 2021 season is underway. A match between FT Univer-Dynamo and FT OKKO-2020 took place at Dynamo-Arena training complex. More than 750 fans, including the first-year cadets undergoing camp training, witnessed spectacular and productive football. The final whistle of the referee recorded the final score of the match 11:0 in favor of FT "Univer-Dynamo".

At the beginning of the new academic year, first-year cadets of Kremenchug Flight College of KhNUIA planted pine-trees and thujas, which were donated by Mayor Vitalii Maletskyi. The central entrance of the administrative building of the flight college and its surrounding areas were decorated with the trees.

From the 2nd of September  “Kharkiv - the city where I study” excursions are organized for first-year cadets of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs during the camp gathering with the support of the trade union organization of the university and with the participation of the social and humanitarian work department.
