On the occasion of the next anniversary of the establishment of the European Union (01 November 1993), we invite the academic staff of the University to join the course on the HELP platform ‘Introduction to the ECHR and the ECtHR’.

A binary lesson on the discipline ‘Road Safety’ for students of the ERI №5 was conducted by Roman Pavlov, senior lecturer of the Department of Physical Education and Special Disciplines, and Oleh Sazonov, driver-instructor of the ERI №5. They told the students about the dangers and types of road accidents and the main causes of their occurrence.

This was the topic of a binary lesson with elements of discussion for third-year students of Sumy branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, who are studying in the speciality ‘Law’, conducted by the editor-in-chief of the resources ‘Civil servant’ and ‘Legal practices’ Andrii Matsokin and Associate Professor of the Department of Socio-Economic Disciplines Volodymyr Dementov.

Inspectors of the Public Relations Department of Kremenchuk Patrol Police Department held a thematic meeting with students of Sumy Branch of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs. They drew the attention of young people to the importance of observing traffic rules, especially the safe crossing of the carriageway and the use of reflective elements.

A regular optional lesson with the participation of cadets, students, and master's students of the University was held by representatives of the Student Council of Vinnytsia Region - Nazar Nikolaichuk, chairman of the Committee on Educational and Legal Activities, and Yevhenia Stanislavenko, chairman of the Committee on Social Issues.

Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights of KhNUIA Andrii Voitsikhovskyi held a curatorial hour for the cadets of the ERI No. 4 dedicated to the achievements of the university, its influence on the formation of the rule of law in Ukraine and training of specialists for law enforcement agencies.

Alona Muzychuk, specialist of the Department of International Cooperation of KhNUIA, joined the presentation of the key findings from the Shadow Report on Chapter 23 ‘Justice and Fundamental Rights’ and the final Second EU-Ukraine Bilateral Session. The event was organised by the Agency for Legislative Initiatives.

The event was attended by students of the ERI №5 of KhNUIA and students and teachers of the Faculty of Psychology of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University and the State Biotechnological University. The event was dedicated to the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language.

A binary lesson in the discipline ‘Fundamentals of Ethical and Psychological Training of Police Officers’ on the topic ‘Prevention and Combating Discrimination in Ukraine. Gender Equality’ was held for first-year students majoring in Law (Police) and Law Enforcement (Police).

A binary lesson on the topic ‘Tactics of police officers’ actions in case of passive, active and aggressive resistance of the offender according to the model of use of force’ was held for the cadets of the ERI №2 of KhNUIA. The students got acquainted with the functional responsibilities of a police officer of the tactical and operational response company of the patrol police.
