For higher education students of Sumy branch of KhNUIA, studying in the specialties "Law" and "Law enforcement activities", a series of binary classes were held in cooperation with specialists from Sumy Legal Aid Bureau No. 1 of the Eastern Interregional Center for the Provision of Free Legal Aid.

The event was chaired by the Rector, corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Valerii SOKURENKO. During the work, the Academic Council considered a number of urgent issues of the life of the higher education institution.

Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Economic Disciplines of the ERI No. 4 Natalia BOBRO, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Humanities and Ukrainian Studies Inna HOLOPYCH, conducted a binary lesson for second-year cadets of the ERI No. 3 on the topic "Social Structure of Society".

On this topic, a binary lesson in the discipline "Tactical and special training" was held for students of the ERI No. 2 and ERI No. 4 by scientific and pedagogical workers of the Department of Tactical and Special Training of the ERI No. 2 together with an instructor of the 120th Brigade of the TD.

A binary lesson on the discipline "State Financial Control" was held on this topic for higher education students of the ERI No. 4. The participants were told about the features of planning control measures, determining the legal grounds for their conduct, and the differences between audits and inspections.

On the eve of the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, representatives of the cadet and student self-government of KhNUIA held a master class for 7th grade students of Slavutynka Lyceum of Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council. The students made their own symbols of peace - paper doves.

Associate Professor of the Department of Criminalistics and Forensic Expertise of the ERI No. 1 Olena MAKAROVA, together with the senior forensic expert of the Department of Criminalistics of the Main Police Department of Vinnytsia Region Vladyslav CHEBAN, held a binary class on the subject "Fundamentals of Forensic Science".

Representatives of the Student and Cadet Council of Sumy branch of KhNUIA Daniil IVANCHYKHIN and Kiril SYDORENKO held a preventive conversation with 2nd year cadets. During the meeting, they discussed in detail the issue of compliance with academic and service discipline, and internal regulations.

The 2nd Scientific and Practical Conference was held on this topic, which was held by representatives of the Department of Postgraduate (Adjunct) and Doctoral Studies, Professor of the Department of Administrative Activities Volodymyr IVANTSOV together with the NGO "Youth Organization of Beginning Leaders" and cadets of the ERI No. 1-2.

Professor of the Department of Constitutional and International Law and Human Rights Andrii VOITSIKHOVSKYI, together with Associate Professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities and Crime Detection of the ERI No. 2 Pavlo MITRUKHOV, held a lesson on the topic "International Legal Standards for the Protection of Human Rights in Law Enforcement Activities."
